The scariest thing about vulnerability?
You have to keep consciously leaning into, not away from, your deepest fears.
The more vulnerable you are, the more your old stories, fears and insecurities seem to arise.
But better that they are unearthed, seen, heard, recognized, said out loud, accepted, held and integrated, sending what you no longer need on its way with thanks, because there was a time that maybe it once saved you..but not anymore.
Better to lean in, let yourself see first hand, what is on the other side of your fear, before allowing it to lead you.
Better to lead with your heart.
